Gwen Stefani, vocalista do No Doubt, comprou uma mansão que pertencia a Jennifer Lopez. A casa, em Beverly Hills, tem valor estimado em US$ 15,5 milhões e foi construída em 1998.
A casa será a residência de Stefani, do marido Gavin Rossdale e de Kingston, o filho de três meses do casal. A propriedade inclui, além de uma mansão nem um pouco modesta, quadras de tênis e de basquete, uma piscina e um mini cinema.
Jennifer Lopez morou na mansão até 2004, quando a casa foi vendida ao produtor Sam Nazarian.

Pop diva's a glittering star in 60s-style outfit

JENNIFER Lopez has obviously taken a shine to 60s British fashion - as she sparkled in a stunning outfit.
The pop diva, 37, was all amazing greys in a metallic dress and turban by British designer chain Biba - the label that dressed the Swinging Sixties.
J-Lo rounded off the fab retro look with £1,500 thigh-high Versace boots.
Singer husband Marc Anthony, 37, was also decked out in matching grey as the pair sat arm-in-arm at the MTV video awards gala in New York.
One guest said: "Think Jane Fonda in the film Barbarella - J-Lo had the same kind of 60s vibe going on and looked absolutely fabulous.
"People couldn't take their eyes off her all night.
"It goes to show that true style never goes out of date."
Iconic label Biba, founded by Barbara Hulanicki in 1964, has made a comeback more than 30 years after going bust.
Biba became the look of the 60s thanks to its quirky eye-catching designs. The rich and famous flocked to its boutique in Kensington, West London.
Fans included rock stars Mick Jagger, girlfriend Marianne Faithful and David Bowie' screen beauties Julie Christie and Brigitte Bardot' and models Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton.
However, Barbara Hulanicki kept prices low so that ordinary youngsters could afford them as well.
The store folded in 1973 but retained a cult following, with its vintage outfits still fetching up to £1,000.
Now it is set for a spectacular return to London Fashion Week this month, when it is tipped to be the hottest name at the event.
Looks like 60s fan Jennifer's just in time, then...
